🧭 From cleaner to founder
In 2018, I started with a single suitcase and no clear plan — just a feeling that I had to make a change.
I came to the Netherlands and found work in cleaning.
Hotels. Restaurants. Businesses.
It was hard work, but honest work.
When my wife later came to the Netherlands, she started as a self-employed cleaner.
That's where we saw the real challenge: not the cleaning itself, but finding customers.
Those who did not understand advertising or websites remained invisible.
Even experienced cleaners didn't know how to stay visible.
And customers? They searched for weeks, sent messages, got no response, or were bombarded with spam.
That was the moment everything clicked:
The problem wasn't the cleaning.
The problem was the connection.
⚡ The discovery
We started our own company — first Excellent Shine, then Clean It Now.
Within six months we received more than 1500 leads, 130+ paying customers and €50,000 turnover.
But we kept seeing the same pattern:
Good professionals, even companies that were making $30,000 a month, couldn't grow — not because they were bad, but because they didn't have a system for finding new customers.
On the other hand, customers kept saying:
“Nobody responds.”
“It took 10 days to get one quote.”
“I got 10 messages, but no one showed up.”
Then we knew: this had to change.
