• Approximate m2: 81.1

I am looking for a routine flat cleaning(80 m2 inside + 10m2 balcony). I am interested to make regular cleaning every 3-4 weeks if agreed and quality is good.
Inside of the Flat is in good condition. However balcony needs deep cleaning.
Please advise if you need any further information.
If agreed my initial target date for cleaning is Saturday 25th October, if possible.
