I'd like a quotation for cleaning the rental house I'll be moving out in early December.
The house is around 90m², with 2 stairs indoors and 1 outdoors, to the garden.
Ground floor: 1 toilet, 1 office room
1st floor: Living and dining room, kitchen and hallway
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 laundry room and hallway

I'd like to have a complete cleaning, including wax on the 1st floor (wood planks).
Please include in the quotation your own materials and how long you'd need.
